shipping policy
in-stock items will be shipped via u.s. postal service (usps) within 2 business days of the order date. since all our pieces are handmade and made to order in new york city, please allow 2-3 weeks for pieces that are not in stock (this lead time also applies to custom orders). you will be notified through e-mail when you should expect to receive your piece. expedited custom work as well as shipping is available upon request. please e-mailinfo@nishiny.com for any additional questions. international orders can be placed through e-mail at info@nishiny.com.
returns
we currently do not accept returns but do accept exchanges for purchases returned within 7 days of receipt. items need to be unworn and in its original condition and shipped to the address below. all packages must be carefully packaged protecting the piece and we highly recommend insuring the piece for its retail value. we are not responsible for pieces damaged or lost in transit. please e-mail us at info@nishiny.com to receive our return form to ship with your exchange.

we perform repairs on all online purchases through our site www.nishiny.com. for pieces purchased through different retailers/boutiques please contact the stores directly for repairs. please e-mail us at info@nishiny.com to receive the repair form that needs to accompany your return. there is a possibility of an added cost for the repair of your piece; however, we will always contact you first with an estimate.
